| PAYMENTS | -Orders less than $50 must be paid full upfront. For orders more than $50, feel free to choose between 50-50. Please let me know early on if you want to do 50-50 (50% upfront, 50% when done) |
| WORK FLOW | -Payment > Sketch > Line art > Flat Colors > Shading/Rendering > FINAL > (corrections if needed). Major revisions are allowed during sketch phase. Only minimal changes are allowed after that. But please don't hesitate to let me know your concerns/feedbacks. Please see my art samples to have an idea about my art and artstyle. No replicating other's artstyle |
| DEADLINES AND DELIVERY | -Maximum waiting time is 2 months (3 months for VTuber Model). If I fail to deliver the illustration within that time frame, I'll offer a full refund.. Client is expected to send feedback within 48 hours. If client fails to respond within 48 hours, I'll take that as a signal that there's no changes needed and continue with the illustration. If client fails to respond within 3 week, the commission is canceled without refund and no files will be sent. If you have questions/concerns regarding this, please let me know. I'm more than willing to discuss things. I'll send the files thru a GDrive link. Please remember to download your files because I remove all my copies after 1 week. I will not send any files until fully paid. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS when the commission is already started. Initial 50% down-payment is non refundable. |
| NDA | -NDA Fee = +50%. NDA = I'll never share the illustration (WIP or final artwork) in public unless you post it first. For regular commission/non-NDA projects, please note that I usually share WIPs, watermarked versions of illustration, speedpaint and/or stream the process. If you want to keep the illustration a secret in less than 1 month after delivery (no WIPs or previews), there's no need for NDA fee. For VTuber Models, if you want to keep the model a secret in less than 3 months after delivery (no WIPs or previews), there's no need for NDA fee. |
| USAGE | -If you have questions regarding commercial fees/licensing that's not clear in the form, please DM me. Only include 'Commercial Merchandising' in the request form if you're making 'printed physical' merch of my 'illustration' |
| COMMUNICATION | -We can discuss things thru VGen or Discord DMs. If you want to communicate thru Discord, I'll send you an invite to a private server with your own private channel. That's where I'll send you the updates and main communication. You'll be removed once the commission is done. |
